The protection can be good if you have unstable ankles, in case of stretching or sprain, injuries in the joints or inflammations. Can also facilitate the healing process after operations or injuries in the ankle. To help with acute injuries, inflammation or swelling, the protection can be cooled by placing it in the fridge (do not freeze).

Can be used for both right and left feet.
